East Doncaster Osteopathy closed Saturday March the 2nd 2024.

After a fulfilling 25 years of service and 30 years dedicated to osteopathy, I have made the decision to embark on a new journey in my career. With great excitement, I will be pursuing a full-time Master's Program.

Please rest assured that your continuity of care remains my top priority. Each of you will be referred to osteopaths whom I believe will be the best fit for your individual needs. Upon request, all your medical records and notes will be seamlessly transferred to your new practitioner.

I understand that this transition may evoke feelings of concern or uncertainty, but I am committed to facilitating a smooth process for you all. It has been an immense privilege to serve as your osteopath, and I am deeply grateful for your loyalty and support over the years.

Should you have any immediate concerns or require assistance during this transition, please do not hesitate to reach out to me directly.

Additionally, please note the following:

All patient files will continue to be treated with the utmost confidentiality and securely stored in accordance with AHPRA guidelines.
Transfer of patient files to a new practitioner will only occur with your written consent.
Existing Enhanced Primary Care (EPC) plans will remain valid with me until March 2nd. After this date, please liaise with your GP clinic to update the plan with your new osteopath's details.
For the next 6-12 months, my work email and phone number will be redirected.
With warm regards,

Laurene O'Connor
